This morning's Flume Fire at Barrett Lakes Road and SR-94 is in mop-up stages. Smoke was smelled and visible from Upper Deerhorn. SR 94 was closed from Otay Lakes Rd to SR-188 (Tecate Turnoff). Dulzura Flume (San Diego Conduit) was impacted for a time. All forward progress of fire has stopped. Aircraft returned to Hemet and Ramona stations. THANK YOU FIREFIGHTERS!
