Deerhorn Valley has done it again! No wonder we all love living here.
The SECOND ANNUAL DV TRUNK OR TREAT was held on Sunday, October 28th on the McKinley Family's field (the site of the former DV Lodge). Lots of goblins, witches, ghosties, and decorated trunks filled the area. It was a great time to meet up with friends and neighbors, and create a safe, family-oriented activity for our local kids.
This event is a special for Deerhorn families and friends-- the brainchild of Karen Koop who always wished for something like it while Emily and Jonathan were growing up in DV. The kids are grown and away, but Karen brought the idea to the DVCA last year, and here we are!
