We are very fortunate to have our poll workers be dedicated members of our community.  It just makes the whole process much more rewarding.

This is a LONG LONG day for pollworkers (6AM to 10PM).  They start well before the polls open, and finish hours after they close.  They open the polls, welcome voters, perform the multiple checks, post hourly reports reporting voter numbers, make sure all materials are accounted for throughout the day, perform multiple checks that voters numbers correspond to the number of ballots.... and at the very end two of them will deliver the sealed ballot containers to the pickup location.  Sometimes this is close to midnight!

These folks do it in the spirit of giving back to their community (they do receive an embarrassingly small stipend!)

Your smiles and "thank you's" will be most appreciated!

NOTE THAT residents on the upper & lower parts of Honey Springs Rd are NOT in the Precinct. Please double-check the back of your Sample Ballot for your specific voting location.   Mail ballots can be dropped of off at ANY polls location (including the Deerhorn Fire Station).  You can also turn in your mail ballot at the polls and vote in person.
