For the third time Deerhorn Valley folks will participate in the 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb. Members of THE IGNOSCI POSSE will climb 110 stories of the Marriott Hotel (SD Bay) on Sept. 8th. Others will volunteer at the event and support the climbers.
Our own Deerhorn Station Manager, Andrew Sumner will be climbing to honor the 343 first responders who lost their lives on 9-11 and the 19 Hotshots who recently died fighting an Arizona wildfire.
