FIRE WEATHER FORECAST 11/4/2010

TODAY: Gusty east winds and low humidities
Very warm, dry w/15-25 mph winds, gusts to 35-40 mph in mountain passes. Strongest winds are in Riverside & San Diego County mountains. Relative humidities in the teens with poor recovery overnight.
Friday cooler with a slight increase in humidites.
Saturday/Sunday humidities increase significantly west of the mountains as Pacific Trough moves across SoCal. Marine layer will reach valleys and foothills Saturday night with drizzle possible by Sunday morning.
Sunday night: another trough will keep a deep marine layer in place through Monday morning.

The October rains have extended and enhanced our blooms.  I came across this one this morning: Epilobium Canum (hummingbird fuschia).  I'm going to try and start some divisions for closer by.
