SEVERE THUNDERSTORM FLASH FLOOD ALERTS ISSUED

Two Severe Thunderstorm Warnings and two Flash Flood Warnings have been issued for the East County by the National Weather Service.  This are expected to expire soon, but a Watch remains in effect until 8:00 PM tonight.  Here is the radar as of 2:00 PM:
